How do I choose the right bike size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do Haro bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check at a local bike shop before your first ride.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unridden condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for oversized items like bikes are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Haro retailer in your country.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Haro frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, wheels, and drivetrains are typically covered for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
